Work in the heart of Paris
Three unique campuses in the 16th arrondissement of Paris specifically tailored for primary, middle and high school teachers & students.
The PTA Presents Paris was a very successful event! We were delighted to welcome many new and returning ISP families to our Cortambert campus for a day filled useful tips and information to help them get the most out of Paris. Parents attended morning presentations on a variety of subjects including the French medical system, driving in Paris, mental health resources and more.
In the afternoon, they had the opportunity to meet and mingle with our community-vetted English-speaking service providers based in Paris, including French lessons, student activities and camps, music lessons, and many more.
The feedback has been fantastic from those who attended! Thank you to the PTA for organizing this wonderful community building event, and to the PTA partner organizations for their support and collaboration.
We enjoyed seeing many ISP families last Monday morning for our annual whole school Parent Coffee Morning!
These types of social events are special to us as they foster a sense of community, allow us to make new connections and set a positive tone for the new school year. As a community of learners, we’re always happy to celebrate the essential partnership between school and families!
Maya, a twelfth grader at ISP, is attempting to improve the conditions of an underprivileged primary school in the suburbs of Calcutta, India. She believes that by allocating funds towards the renovation of the school and purchase of new materials, the quality of these students' education will be enhanced, positively impacting their future.
Maya has already raised 1000 euros in 2022, allowing the school to buy new furniture (the same furniture in the photo) thanks to all the generous donors! There are still many more areas for improvement, so Maya could use your support if you'd like to donate to this cause and make a positive impact in these kids' lives! Learn more bout Maya's fundraising initiative here. Donations are welcome here!
It was wonderful to see so many parents at our Meet the Teachers event on Thursday evening.
This is a special time for parents to visit the campus, meet the different teaching teams and discuss curriculum and school life. There were also important presentations about upcoming Field Trips which, will take place during the week of 18th September.
This is always a highly popular evening, and the excitement for the year, and especially our upcoming field trip week, was evident!
ISP was excited to welcome IB workshop leader Ramazan Dicle to our campus last week!
Ramazan ran sessions focused on Interdisciplinary teaching and learning in the MYP. 12 of our MYP teachers spent a busy but inspiring two days collaborating and sharing ideas for how we can further develop this aspect of the programme in interesting and meaningful ways for our students.
