Thank you for choosing to apply to our school. Every family is different and has a unique story to share – we are excited to get to know yours as you move through the application process!  

*Applications for the 2024/25 academic year are now open! There is no deadline for submission - complete application files will be reviewed as of late January 2024, and on a continual basis thereafter.* 

There are a few stages to our application process and the Admissions team is here to answer your questions at any time. All of the information provided helps us to get to know your child(ren) and family better and prepare for a transition to our school community. We do not have academic testing or interviews as standard, but these may be requested in some circumstances.

Step 1: Click on the blue Submit Application button above to get started! You will be asked to complete a basic application form (6 sections, approximately 10 minutes) to begin the application process.

Step 2: Complete the other items on the application checklist - some files can be filled out in OpenApply directly, others need to be uploaded to the platform. Please note that all documents written in a language other than English and French need to be accompanied by an official translation. You have access to a dashboard to see what elements are remaining to complete at any time.

Step 3: Once all items have been submitted, the Admissions team will confirm the application is complete and it will be sent to our Admissions Committee for review. Application reviews typically take 10-15 working days but we endeavour to provide feedback as soon as possible - please reach out to us with any time concerns you might have.

Students in Grade 11 and 12 at ISP study the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme; a challenging and enriching curriculum that requires an advanced level of academic English. It is our recommendation that applicants to Grade 11 and 12 demonstrate a B2 English level or higher in order to access the IBDP confidently. Non-native English speaking applicants, or those who have not attended an international English speaking school, must provide documented evidence of B1 English level, with at least B1 achievement for all test sections (speaking, reading, writing and listening) as part of their application in order to be considered. We recommend international English assessments such as Cambridge B2 First for Schools, TOEFL, IELTS etc.
