Fee Description
Application Fee: to be paid at the time of application. Non-refundable.
Tuition fees: payable once a year before August 1st. Non-refundable. A down payment is required to guarantee a place.
Entry Fee: one-time fee. Non-refundable (new students only).
Intensive English classes (Secondary School only): those students in grades 6-10 who attend special intensive English classes pay a supplementary fee. This decision will be made by the School.
Bus Service: optional - depending on availability and route. For Primary School students only.
In addition to classroom instruction and supervision, the fees cover:
- Books, workshops, supplies, laboratory materials, subscriptions
- All IB examination fees and transcripts (Secondary School)
- Remedial work and/or instruction *
- All Paris-based field trips (includes excursions by metro, bus and entry fees)
- Performance fees by visiting musicians, theatre companies
- All trips which are a mandatory part of the curriculum
*If tutorial/remedial instruction cannot be undertaken within the program, external professional help will be engaged, subject to parental approval of the expense.
Students may study a Language A (mother tongue language) other than those offered by the School. The School will provide space and equipment as necessary and help the student with the purchase of materials. We will also help students find a private tutor, but families will be expected to pay for any private lessons in these languages.
Payment
The annual fees are payable in one single payment according to the payment structure and are due before August 1st. Fees are payable in Euros; for payment in another currency, please contact the Business Office.
Any student enrolling in the School after March 1st will be required to pay 60% of the full tuition fee for the year. No further reduction will be made in the case of enrollment after this date.
In the case of withdrawal of a student prior to the end of the school year, no reimbursement will be made.
