The International School of Paris, 6 rue Beethoven 75016 Paris (ISP) pays utmost attention to your personal data. ISP is collecting the hereby requested personal data for purpose of the selection processes for the job you are applying and in case of subsequent employment opportunity specifically for such job or subsequent applications for employment made by you at ISP. The personal data collected may include the resume and any cover letter or attached correspondence, employment/education history, any information received from referees. It is your responsibility to ensure referees’ agreement for transfer to ISP of their details and clearance of ISP's right to contact them. ISP may also ask for your criminal records as part of the recruitment process (in application of French law and collective bargaining IDCC 2691) but ISP will ask for your explicit consent and ensure that any such information will be treated as confidential. The requested data is necessary to take steps (at your request) prior to entering into a contract execution (if your application is successful) and for ISP’s legitimate interests. If you do not provide such data ISP will not be able to process your employment application and it will be rejected. ISP is the data controller. The data recipient are ISP’s departments of Human Resources (exclusive recipient of criminal records), Finance, the Pedagogical Leadership Teams and ISP’s Direction and Board of Trustees. Should you be unsuccessful with your application ISP will destroy your application form after one year of its submission. If you are successful with your application and a work contract is signed between you and ISP your application form will be held for the duration of your work contract and then archived separately for unlimited duration unless otherwise required by applicable law. By submitting your personal data and application for employment, you warrant the truthfulness and accuracy of the information you provide to ISP. On occasions, ISP will contact third parties to verify information you have provided and other facts relating to you and your application, for example references. Any false assessment or information may result in immediate rejection of your application or contract termination as the case may be.
